Before receiving tokens in imToken, check whether imToken supports the token’s network. Tokens on unsupported networks cannot be viewed or managed in imToken.
Some blockchains use wallet addresses that look similar to EVM addresses, such as addresses starting with “0x”. However, they are separate networks, and their asset records are independent.
If you accidentally send tokens on an unsupported network to your wallet, contact the token project through its official channels to find a compatible wallet and confirm how to proceed. You can also contact us through “Support and Feedback” in the imToken app with the network name, transaction hash, and other relevant details for help checking the on-chain information.
