If you received a system notification that tokens were received, it means the tokens have been successfully transferred to your imToken wallet. If you do not see them on the current account page, it is usually because you have switched to the wrong account, or your device network is unstable.
1. Confirm the Correct Receiving Network and Account
imToken supports multiple wallets and accounts across different networks. Some networks, such as EVM-compatible chains, use the same address format. You may also have multiple accounts on the same network, which can make it easy to confuse them.
Confirm the network: Tap the notification to view the transaction details. Check which network the tokens were transferred to, such as Ethereum, Polygon, Base, or Tron, and confirm the exact receiving address.
Switch account: In imToken, switch to the corresponding receiving account. On the asset homepage, tap the account name in the upper-left corner to view and switch accounts on the Select account page. Make sure the current account address is exactly the same as the address shown in the notification.
2. Refresh the Data
Network delays on your device may prevent the balance from updating in time. You can try the following:
- Pull down on the asset page to refresh
- Switch to another account in the wallet, then switch back
- Change your mobile network, such as switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data
- Restart your phone
3. Add the Token to Display It
If you have confirmed that the network and account address are correct, you can add the token to display it on the homepage:
- After receiving the token, a blue dot may appear on the “+” button on the account homepage.
- Tap “+”, then select the token under All My Assets or Popular Assets to add it to the homepage.
- If you cannot find the token in the list, search for the token name or contract address in the search bar at the top. You can also use the Custom option to manually add the token by entering its contract address.
