Worthless and scam token airdrops are common on the TRON chain. Scammers use blockchain explorers to find recently active addresses, such as those that have just received or sent tokens, and airdrop fake tokens to them. They then lure users to malicious third-party websites with promises to “swap for an equivalent amount of TRX” or “earn mining rewards” to steal their assets.
If you receive unsolicited token airdrops, simply ignore them. Do not swap them, grant token approvals, or otherwise interact with them.
