You’ll get the error if the wallet address you entered into the exchange does not match the withdrawal method you selected.
Before sending tokens from the exchange to imToken, you need to know if imToken supports the token. If you transfer a token that is not supported by imToken, the exchange will show a successful withdrawal, but the assets in your wallet will not be credited.
