As the Ethereum ecosystem continues to evolve in 2026, we remain committed to providing the most resilient, high-performance infrastructure for your native staking needs.
To ensure the long-term stability of our operations and maintain our high standards of uptime, we are updating our Terms of Service and fee schedule (“ToS”). This update introduces a simplified fee structure and a Service Deposit mechanism designed to keep your validators online and active without interruption. Get a preview here.
What’s New:
Simplified Fee Structure: A flat 10% service fee based on your total staking rewards, replacing any separate infrastructure fees.
- New Dashboard: Intuitive tracking built to give you complete transparency into total rewards, accrued fees, and your deposit status.
- Service Deposit: A small operational reserve ( 0.25% of your staked ETH) acts as a buffer to cover the service fees when Execution Layer (EL) rewards are low.
- Terms and Service Management Update: Under the upgraded service, the applicable service terms, fee schedule, notices, and user support will be provided by imToken under imToken’s ToS, while validator operations will continue to be supported by professional infrastructure providers engaged by imToken.
What’s Not Changed:
- Non-Custodial Security: You retain 100% control of your withdrawal keys and seed phrases. We never have access to your principal.
- Direct Reward Flow: Your Consensus Layer (CL) rewards flow directly from the Ethereum protocol to your designated wallet address.
- Native Staking Model: Your ETH is staked on dedicated validators, there is no worry about the smart contract vulnerabilities or "de-pegging" risks inherent in liquid staking pools.
What Do You Need to Do?
The upgraded service is expected to roll out on July 1, 2026 under the new ToS, and no immediate action is required today. We will send you an official notice once the new terms and dashboard go live to walk you through the next steps. Once the new ToS becomes effective, you will have a 90-day grace period to set up your deposit or manage your staking preferences.
