In May 2026, AI continued moving into the on-chain world at an unprecedented pace. More AI agents are starting to search, trade, and execute tasks on behalf of users. At the same time, Ethereum is pushing forward standards around Clear Signing, making “what you see is what you sign” a more practical security baseline.
For imToken, May was also a milestone month: we celebrated our 10th anniversary. Over the past month, we launched “AI Co-Creation: Generate the Wallet You Want,” inviting users to explore what the next generation of wallets could look like. Meanwhile, imToken 2.20.0 added support for TRON TIP-712 signing and introduced USDT transfers without TRX, making on-chain interactions safer and more convenient.

🥳 imToken 10th Anniversary Special
AI Co-Creation: Generate the Wallet You Want
To mark imToken’s 10th anniversary, we launched “AI Co-Creation: Generate the Wallet You Want,” inviting the community to explore the future of next-generation wallets and digital control.
From a five-day Vibethon warm-up to the official co-creation phase, we wanted to turn the anniversary into an open product experiment: if the wallet of the future could understand needs and help execute tasks, what would you want it to become? You do not need to code or have design experience. If you have an idea, you can take part.
Ten Years Together, Toward the Long Horizon
From a small founding team building a wallet product to accompanying tens of millions of users into the on-chain world, imToken has spent the past decade witnessing the industry’s growth and shifts alongside users, developers, and ecosystem partners. Our 10th anniversary theme, “Ten Years Together, Toward the Long Horizon,” is not only a look back, but also a reflection on the future.
imToken founder and CEO Ben shared his thoughts on wallets: over the past decade, we have gone through crypto market cycles, the rise of DeFi and multi-chain ecosystems, and repeated tests around trust, risk, and long-term thinking together with tens of millions of users. Many things have changed, but one thing has not: imToken continues to believe that what truly belongs to you should be controlled by you.
🚀 Product Updates
imToken 2.20.0: TRON TIP-712 Signing Now Supported
imToken 2.20.0 adds support for TRON TIP-712 signing. Compared with traditional signing flows where raw data can be difficult to understand, TIP-712 presents TRON signing information in a clearer and more readable format. This helps you better understand what you are authorizing and reduces the risk of mistaken signatures.
imToken × DAppso: USDT Transfers Without TRX
Many TRON users have faced the same issue: after receiving USDT, they cannot send it because they do not have TRX for transaction fees. To solve this experience gap, imToken has integrated DAppso’s gasless transfer feature, allowing users to complete USDT transfers more easily without preparing extra TRX.
