On May 20, 2025 (SGT), Sky announced that SKY is now the sole governance token of the Sky ecosystem. Holders can upgrade their MKR tokens to SKY at a fixed rate of 1 MKR = 24,000 SKY.
Please complete the upgrade by September 18, 2025, to avoid the delayed-upgrade penalty.
How to:
1. Switch to your ETH account, select MKR, and open Summer.fi
2. Connect your wallet and initiate the upgrade transaction.
3. Once the transaction is done, return to your ETH account homepage and add the SKY token to view your updated balance.
