1. Open the pre-installed "Wallet" app on your iOS device, then tap the "+" icon in the top right corner. Select "Debit or Credit Card" and scroll down to choose "Add a Different Card."
2. Tap "Scan or Add Card" and then "Enter Card Details Manually." Input your imToken Card number, name, expiration date, and security code(CVV), then tap "Next" in the top right corner and agree to the payment terms to complete adding the card.
Note: To find your card number, name, expiration date, and CVV, go to your imToken Card account, tap the card background to expand, and then tap "Show Card Details" to view.
3. If prompted to verify your card, follow the instructions. You will receive a verification code by email. Check your email for the code to complete the verification.

FAQ
How long does a refund take?
After the merchant processes the refund, funds are usually credited to your imToken Card account within 7 business days.
If the original payment was made in USD, EUR, CHF, or CNH, the refund will be returned in the same currency. Payments made in other currencies will be refunded in your default currency.
According to Fiat24’s official documentation, starting May 15, 2026, a processing fee of 1 USD, 1 EUR, or 1 CHF, or 7 CNH will be deducted per refund. If the refund amount is lower than the service fee, the fee will be capped at the refund amount.
