What's an imToken Card?
imToken Card is a collection of co-branded cards in partnership with reputable and licensed issuers. It's designed to unleash the spending power of your tokens, integrating digital assets into your everyday spending.
What is special about this imToken Card ( issued by Fiat24 )?
imToken Card is a multi-currency Mastercard that supports USD, EUR, CHF, and RMB (CNH). Each account comes with a multi-currency cash account linked to a Swiss IBAN. You can top up with tokens or via bank wire transfer. It's ideal for crypto enthusiasts, international travelers, and cross-border purchases and subscriptions.
Who can apply imToken Card?
Anyone can apply with a proper passport in the supported countries. For details on supported countries / regions, please visit the official Fiat24 website and select “MasterCard” .
What are the fees for imToken Card?
imToken Card uses an NFT as a credential for both applying for and using the card. A minting fee of 0.001 ETH is required when applying. The card also charges a 1% fee for token top-ups. There are no foreign exchange fees, currency conversion fees, fiat deposit fees, transaction fees for same-currency or cross-currency payments, and no annual fee

What is a “Fiat24” Account NFT? Why do I need this?
Account NFT serves as a key credential for applying and using the imToken Card. It is required to apply for the card, with each NFT featuring an unique number to verify user identity. Please ensure it is securely stored.
What usage scenarios are supported?
Currently, the imToken Card supports binding with WeChat Pay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Supported shopping platforms include Grab, Amazon, Shopee, etc. Subscription services include App Store, ChatGPT, Steam, Shopify, Notion, Twitter, and Netflix, among others.
Why isn't my KYC approved immediately?
Fiat24 reviews imToken Card applications in three ways:
- Instant approval: The review is automatic, and users can immediately use the card.
- Manual review: In some cases, Fiat24 will manually verify the information.
- Rejection: The application is rejected.
What are EUR24, USD24, and CHF24?
EUR24, USD24, and CHF24 are stablecoins issued by Fiat24, pegged to the Euro, US Dollar, and Swiss Franc respectively, with their value backed one-for-one by cash deposits.Are the EUR24, USD24, CHF24, and CNH24 in my Arbitrum account available for transfers?
Can EUR24, USD24, CHF24, and CNH24 be transferred to other Arbitrum addresses?
Yes, they are. And the amount of stablecoins in your linked Arbitrum account reflects the fiat balance on your imToken Card. For instance, if you transfer 10 USD24 from your Arbitrum account, your USD balance on the imToken Card will decrease by 10 USD.
What is F24?
F24 is a utility token issued by Fiat24 on the Arbitrum network. It’s used only by enterprise/institutional clients to mint or upgrade NFT accounts and cannot be swapped back into other tokens.
imToken Card users don’t need to buy F24 to apply for or use the card; top-ups and spending are settled in EUR24, USD24, CHF24, or CNH24.
Can I change the account associated with my imToken Card?
Yes, you can. To ensure the security of your tokens, please follow these steps:
1. Transfer tokens like EUR24, USD24, etc., to the new Arbitrum account in your imToken wallet.
2. Transfer your Fiat24 Account NFT to the same new Arbitrum account.
3. Link the new account with the imToken Card DApp.
Note: After connecting, click the three-dot icon on the right side of the DApp page and go to Card Settings. There, you can turn on the authorization switches for USD, EUR, CHF or RMB to allow the contract to make payments.
How long does a refund take?
After the merchant processes the refund, funds are usually credited to your imToken Card account within 7 business days.
If the original payment was made in USD, EUR, CHF, or CNH, the refund will be returned in the same currency. Payments made in other currencies will be refunded in your default currency.
According to Fiat24’s official documentation, starting May 15, 2026, a processing fee of 1 USD, 1 EUR, or 1 CHF, or 7 CNH will be deducted per refund. For details, please refer to Fiat24’s official documentation.
Will my imToken Card renew automatically?
The imToken Card (Fiat24) is valid for 5 years and is usually renewed automatically under the same terms. However, it will not renew automatically if it has not been used within 6 months before expiry.
What should I do if I lose the mnemonic phrase for the wallet linked to my imToken Card?
If you still have access to the wallet in imToken, transfer your EUR24, USD24, CHF24, CNH24, other tokens, and Account NFT from the original address to a new secure wallet address that has been properly backed up.
If the wallet cannot be restored, imToken cannot recover your mnemonic phrase or restore access to your wallet and assets due to the decentralized nature of blockchain technology.
What should I do if my imToken Card is frozen?
If your card shows as frozen, please contact Fiat24 support for verification and further assistance.
What should I do if my imToken Card is used without authorization?
If you suspect your card information has been compromised or notice any unauthorized transactions, disable your card in the Fiat24 DApp immediately and contact Fiat24 Support.
If the mnemonic phrase or private key of the linked wallet has been exposed, transfer your tokens and Account NFT to a new secure wallet address as soon as possible.

Can I apply for an imToken Card issued by Fiat24 if I previously applied for one issued by DCS?
Yes, you can. The imToken Cards issued by DCS and Fiat24 are separate products. The DCS-issued card is a co-branded credit card, while the Fiat24-issued card is a multi-currency debit card.
