🪧 According to the official announcement, the EOS network officially rebranded to Vaulta on May 14, 2025 (Singapore Time). If you're still holding un-upgraded EOS tokens, please follow this guide to complete the token upgrade at your earliest convenience.
As per Vaulta's requirements, a registration fee is necessary when creating a new Vaulta account. Currently, this fee must be paid by an existing Vaulta user who can scan a QR code provided to you.
For First-Time imToken Users:
After installing imToken, your first step is to create a new wallet. During this process, you'll have the option to add various account types, including Vaulta. Once your wallet is set up, you'll see a "Pending creation" Vaulta account displayed under "Manage wallets."
To register your Vaulta account:
- Tap on "Pending creation."
- Select "Register Vaulta Account."
- Choose your desired Vaulta account name and tap "Register."
- Please ensure your account name adheres to Vaulta's naming conventions.
- After tapping "Register," a payment QR code will appear.
- Ask a friend who already has an active Vaulta account to scan this QR code and pay the required fee on your behalf.
For Users Who Already Have an imToken Wallet but No Vaulta Account:
If you've already created an imToken wallet but haven't yet added a Vaulta account, you can do so by following these steps:
- Navigate to "My Profile" → "Manage wallets."
- Select the wallet where you wish to add a Vaulta account.
- Tap "Add account," then check "Vaulta," and tap "Confirm."
- Tap on "Pending creation" to initiate the registration process.
- Proceed with the same registration steps outlined above for first-time users.
For Users Who Wish to Add Multiple Vaulta Accounts:
You can easily add more Vaulta accounts beyond your initial one:
- Open the imToken App and go to "My Profile" → "Manage wallets."
- Select the specific wallet you want to add an account to.
- On the Wallet Settings page, tap "Add account."
- Check "Vaulta" and tap "Confirm" to add the new account.
