If your withdrawal from an exchange has not arrived, please refer to: Why Hasn’t My Withdrawal from an Exchange Arrived in imToken?
For daily on-chain transfers, such as transfers from friends or between wallets, if you have not received the tokens after a long time, follow the steps below to check the transaction.
1. Ask the Sender for the Tx ID
A Tx ID, also known as a transaction hash, is the unique proof of a transaction on the blockchain.
If the sender cannot provide it: The transaction may not have been sent to the blockchain. Please contact the sender for further confirmation.
If the sender has provided it: Go to the blockchain explorer of the corresponding network, such as Etherscan, Tronscan, BscScan, ArbiScan or BTC Explorer, and enter the Tx ID to check the transaction.
2. Check the On-Chain Transaction Status
Transaction not found: The transaction has not been sent. Please contact the sender to verify the transfer.
Pending: The transaction is still waiting to be confirmed. Please wait patiently for blockchain confirmation.
Successful: The transaction has been confirmed and transferred to the receiving address. Please continue with the next step.
3. The Transaction Is Successful. How Can I Find the Tokens?
If the blockchain explorer shows that the transaction was successful but the token is not displayed in your wallet, please check the following:
-
Check the address and network: Make sure the receiving address shown on the blockchain explorer is exactly the same as your imToken receiving address. Then switch to the corresponding network account. For example:
- If the token was transferred through Ethereum, switch to your Ethereum account.
- If the token was transferred through Tron, switch to your Tron account.
- If the token was transferred through BNB Smart Chain, switch to your BNB Smart Chain account.
- If the token was transferred through Arbitrum One, switch to your Arbitrum account.
💡View all networks supported by imToken.
- Add the token: After receiving the token, a blue dot may appear on the “+” button on the account homepage. Tap “+”, then select the token under All My Assets or Popular Assets to add it to the homepage. You can also search for the token name or contract address in the search bar at the top to add it manually. Learn more: How to Manage and Add Tokens in imToken?
Note: If the token was transferred to a network that is not currently supported by imToken, please contact the project team of that network or contact us for further guidance.
