What is Tag?
Tags serve as a categorization tool within imToken, functioning similarly to how social apps categorize friends. Users can assign specific tags to their accounts, making it easier to distinguish between multiple accounts and manage them effectively.

Example
Tom manages 10 ETH accounts in imToken for different purposes:
- 2 accounts for daily transfers
- 3 accounts for collecting NFTs
- 5 accounts for interacting with DApps
By tagging each account accordingly, Tom can easily filter and access them based on their specific use cases. For example, if tokens are airdropped to his NFT accounts, he can quickly locate and manage them using the tag feature.
How to use tags
Adding Tags
On the wallet page, click ">" and select "Tag". Then, enter a tag name under "New tag". If it's a tag you've used before, you can find it under "Existing tags".
Filtering Tags
On the account page, enter the account list from the top left corner. At the top of the page, there is a list of tags that can be expanded to view all tags. By clicking on a tag, you can quickly and conveniently filter the corresponding accounts.
Removing Tags
If a certain tag is no longer needed, you can remove it by clicking the ❌ icon on the tag.
Note: Blockchain networks such as Ethereum are default tags and cannot be removed.
