EOS accounts are created using another EOS account. The fee paid for the necessary initial transaction will be used to purchase the resources required to create an account. The resources include RAM, CPU, and NET.
Now you can pay ETH to create an EOS account. After the account is successfully created, 4.5 KB RAM, 0.25 EOS CPU, and 0.04 EOS NET are locked by default. The price of CPU and NET will fluctuate continuously with the network conditions, so the final amount of CPU and NET you obtained will also be different.
