Preparing for Connection
- Prepare two mobile phones, one with imToken installed version 2.15.2 or above, and the other with AirGap Vault installed version 3.31.0 or above.
- Complete the wallet creation in offline mode with AirGap Vault, ensuring that AirGap Vault remains offline throughout the whole process.
Connecting AirGap Vault with imToken
1. Open imToken, click "My Profile" > "Manage Wallets", click "+ Add Wallet" at the bottom of the page > "Connect with other wallets" > "AirGap Vault" - "Scan to connect".
2. Open AirGap Vault, select the address you want to connect with imToken, and then click imToken. At this point, AirGap will display a QR code.
3. Use imToken to scan the QR code shown by AirGap to complete the wallet connection.
How to initiate a transaction？
1. On imToken, click on the token you want to transfer (e.g., ETH), click "Send", enter the recipient's account and amount, click "Offline Sign" - "Send" and a QR code will be displayed.
2. Open AirGap, scan the QR code displayed by imToken, confirm the information, and proceed with the signature. A QR code will be displayed at this point.
3. In imToken, click the "I have signed with my wallet" button, and scan the QR code displayed in AirGap.
That’s it! Now the ETH has been sent out successfully once broadcast.
