Beaconcha.in is an open-source blockchain explorer built for the Ethereum consensus layer. It aims to provide users with comprehensive querying tools and an easy-to-use interface to better understand the inner workings of the consensus layer.
By entering an ETH wallet address or trading TxHash on beaconcha.in, users can seamlessly check proposed block information on the chain, monitor their staking activities, etc.
Become a beaconcha.in browser expert as we walk you through the process of efficiently querying ETH staking information, validators, and related data in this comprehensive article. For a better experience in checking transaction information, including ETH wallet transfers and receipts, we recommend using Etherscan.
How to Query Staking Validator Information
Go to the Validator Details Page
1. Visit the beaconcha.in page, enter your ETH wallet address in the search bar and click the search icon to access the transaction record query page.
2. Click the Hash value of the ETH staking transaction record to access the transaction details page.
Note: The Method type of ETH staking transaction is batchDeposit.
3. On the staking transaction details page, click the validator link to open the validator details page.
Note: If multiple validators are staking in the same transaction, you will see their link information here.
On the validator details page, you can view the staking recharge time, validator status, validator estimated activation time, accumulated staking income, estimated annualized return rate, staking recharge records, and withdrawal records.
Validator Status Type
After successfully initiating a staking transaction, the validator will have four states: Deposited, Pending, Active, and Exited.
When you successfully send the ETH staking transaction, after at least 13.6 hours, the validator will enter the "Pending" state. The Ethereum network congestion status and the queued number of staking validators determine the activation waiting time.
When the validator is successfully activated and enters the "Active" state, it will start proposing blocks and signing proofs while generating ETH rewards for you. The Ethereum network will periodically transfer the rewards from the consensus layer to the withdrawal address you set.
- When you withdraw the staking principal, the validator will enter the withdrawal waiting queue, and you can query the withdrawal waiting time in the browser.
- When the validator enters the "Exited" state, it means your ETH principal has been sent to your withdrawal address.
How to Query Validator Information in the "Pending" State
The Estimated Waiting Time for Activation
Upon accessing the validator details page, you will see the estimated activation time of the current validator and the time it will take to be activated.
Staking Deposits Information
Click the "Deposits" button to view the ETH staking recharge record information.
How to Query Validator Information in "Active" State
Daily Income Chart
On the authenticator details page, click "Charts" to view the daily income record charts.
In the daily income record charts, you will view the consensus layer income (staking rewards) and execution layer income (block rewards) by date. Check the article "Understanding the Rewards Structure of Non-Custodial ETH Staking Services" to learn more about staking and block rewards.
Rewards Withdrawal Record
Click "Withdrawals" on the validator details page to view the staking rewards regularly distributed by the Ethereum network.
Note: The records with the "~" symbol represent staking income that is currently being processed.
How to Query Validator Information in the "Exited" State
Staking Exit Record
Click "Withdrawals" on the validator details page to view the withdrawal record of the staking principal. In the "Time" column, you will see the estimated time of withdrawal of the principal.
Querying Other Information
Querying Multiple Validator Info Under the Same Address
Click the menu bar on the upper right side of your homepage and select "Dashboard" to access the validator dashboard. Enter a wallet address in the search box to query the information of multiple validators, including validator status, accumulated income, etc.
Staking Profit Calculator
Click "More" then "Profit Calculator" in the menu bar at the upper right corner of the browser homepage to open the staking profit calculator page. After filling in the amount of ETH staking and other parameters, you will get the estimated staking income information on your right side.
