You can receive tokens in your imToken ETH account in three main ways: buying tokens, withdrawing from exchanges, and receiving tokens via on-chain transfers.
- Buy tokens: Use third-party services like OpenC or MoonPay.
- Withdraw from exchanges: Transfer tokens from an exchange to your ETH account.
- Receive tokens from on-chain transfers: Share your wallet address to receive tokens directly from others.
Buying tokens
On the ETH account homepage, tap Receive, then tap Get tokens > Buy. You can then choose OpenC or MoonPay to buy tokens.
Alternatively, switch to the Browser tab and search for MoonPay or OpenC to buy tokens through a third-party service.

Withdrawing from Exchanges
1. Copy your Ethereum wallet address in imToken.
2. Open the exchange and select the token you want to withdraw. On the withdrawal page, paste your Ethereum wallet address and select Ethereum(ERC20) as the withdrawal network.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount and complete the verification according to the exchange’s security prompts.
Note: Please make sure the address is correct. Also, make sure the withdrawal network you select exactly matches the network of your wallet. For example:
- To withdraw to an Ethereum wallet, select Ethereum(ERC20) as the withdrawal network.
- To withdraw to an Arbitrum wallet, select Arbitrum One as the withdrawal network.
- To withdraw to a TRON wallet, select TRC20 as the withdrawal network.
Receiving Tokens from On-Chain Transfers
This applies when someone sends tokens to your Ethereum wallet, or when you transfer tokens from another Ethereum wallet to this one.
Tap Receive on your Ethereum account homepage, then share the receiving QR code or copy the receiving address and send it to the other party.
Note: Make sure the sending and receiving addresses are on the same network.
