How to confirm if the sender has sent the tokens:
Method 1: (Basic)
- Tap the "+" button on the wallet page in the app and select "All my assets."
- If the token doesn’t appear, or the token amount is incorrect, it means the tokens haven't been transferred. Contact the sender to resend the tokens.
Method 2: (Advanced)
- Open the Etherscan DApp from the Browser page in the app.
- Check for new transfers to your address.
- If there’s no record of a transfer, the tokens haven’t been sent to your wallet.
