After changing your phone, you can recover and continue managing your wallet on the new phone by importing the mnemonic phrase, private key, or keystore from the wallet on your old phone.
Step by step instructions:
- Download imToken on the new phone via Google play or App store
- Export the mnemonic/private key from the old phone.
- Recover your wallets by importing the mnemonic/private key on the new phone.
- If you have multiple wallets and want to import them on the new phone using the mnemonic or private key, please click "My Profile" - "Manage wallets" - "➕" - "Import existing wallets"
- Check and confirm whether all wallets from the old phone have been successfully recovered in the imToken app on the new phone.
