If you set a low miner fee when transferring BTC, the transfer will be pending for a long time.
You can either wait patiently for the miner fees on the BTC network to decrease and your transaction to be packaged by miners, or contact miners to help you accelerate the transfer.
The acceleration operation is as follows:
- Open ViaBTC’s URL: https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator?lang=en_US
- Enter the transaction number (Transaction ID) of your transfer, then click "Paid Service" and complete the payment.
