When making transfers from your Vaulta account, make sure you have sufficient resources available—RAM (memory), CPU, and NET (bandwidth). These resources are essential for storing account data, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth transmission.
Obtaining CPU and NET
You can rent CPU and NET with A tokens via Unicove. Each rental is valid for 24 hours.
Steps
1. Open the rental page
- In your Vaulta account, tap "Rent CPU" in the function bar.
- Or visit: https://unicove.com/en/vaulta/resources/powerup
2. Connect your wallet & enable Advanced Mode
- Connect your wallet.
- Tap the menu (top left) ➜ Settings ➜ toggle "Enable Advanced Mode."
- In the menu, switch to "Resources."
3. Rent resources
- Click "Rent resources with PowerUp."
- Enter the amount you need (e.g., CPU 10 ms, NET 200 KB).
- Click "Rent for ~A" and send the rental transaction.
- After the transaction confirms, the new CPU and NET quotas appear on the Resources page.
Note: Rentals expire after 24 hours; any unused CPU and NET are then reclaimed.
Obtaining RAM
You can purchase RAM with A tokens via Unicove. A 0.5% fee will be charged by the Vaulta network.
Steps
1. Open the RAM page
- In the Unicove menu (top left), switch to "RAM."
- Or visit: https://unicove.com/en/vaulta/ram
- View the available RAM supply and live pricing.
2. Buy RAM
- Click "Buy," enter the amount (e.g., 4 KB).
- Confirm "Buy RAM" and sign the transaction.
- Once confirmed, return to the RAM market page to see your updated RAM balance.
