Users delete imToken without backup. We suggest users dual-backup or multi-backup the wallet as soon as they generate a wallet. Dual-backup means backup both the Keystore and mnemonic. Multi-backup means that after the dual-backup, check several times to make sure your backup is correct.
Users forget the password of Keystore. We suggest users create a high strength password to encrypt Keystore. The password should be generated randomly that not used regularly. However, this increases the difficulty for users to remember the password. We suggest 1 password or LastPass store your password.
Users lose private key. The private key includes mnemonic, Keystore and unencrypted private key. Some users don’t check the correctness of private key after backup or write down unclearly that cannot be recognized afterward. These can all lead to loss of the wallet. So we need to be very careful when we back up our wallet and store the private key safely to make sure you can find it when you need to use it.
